City Commission to Vote on Short-Term Rentals in Single Family Zones

We apologize for the late notice, but we just learned that tomorrow the City Commission will finally be discussing the prohibition of single family home rentals less than six months (see Agenda).

Will the City Commission codify the "6-month prohibition" on short-term rentals invalidated by the Special Master ruling on 7/31/08?

OR

Will the City Commission allow monthly rentals like almost every other city in Florida?

Anything can happen tomorrow, please come and share all your thoughts with the Commission.  Commission Meeting begins at 9 AM.

If you cannot attend, please email your thoughts to the Commission.
