Miami Beach Commission To End Vacation Rentals

The Miami Beach Mayor and Commission is drafting new City Ordinances to end (or greatly restrict) rentals for periods of less than 6 months.

What you can do...
  1. Read other items on this blog and the internet to educate yourself,
  2. Write your comments on this blog to express your view,
  3. Contact the City Mayor and Commissioners with your opinion, and
  4. Let others know what is happening, bring the public's attention to this issue.

i have vacationed in Miami Beach for several summers, away from the congestion of large cities. i bring my family of 6 for 4 weeks - we choose to rent a Vacation Rental so we can have cooking facilities for my family. this allows our family to stay longer in the City Beautiful - Miami Beach. If we loose the ability to cook, then we will have to choose a different vacation location.
