Judge Grandfathers Key West Transient Rentals

Citing an earlier court precedent, the Judge grandfathered-in 17 property owners who could prove they had rented their homes for less than 30 days prior to a 1998 ban, and had a non-transient occupational license that allowed them to do business in Key West.
